1. Apply the Fire Tent™ to cover any potential entry points for fire embers, such as windows, chimneys, air conditioning units, vents, and timber walls.
2. Link multiple Fire Tents™ together using stainless steel cable ties.
3. Secure the Fire Tent™ in place by using stainless steel cable ties to attach it to fixed objects.
4. Fill fire-resistant sandbags with sand or dirt and use a stainless steel cable to seal the bag shut.
5. Attach the sandbags to the Fire Tent™ using stainless steel cable ties to ensure everything stays in place.

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.

For the majority of Australian addresses orders are sent with our complimentary FREE 2-8 day nationwide shipping. However, please be advised that in rare instances, our logistics partners may identify certain locations as hard-to-reach, which may result in additional shipping charges.

For all US, NZ and Canadian addresses, the shipping charges will be calculated during the checkout process based on your location. It is recommended that you allow approximately 2-4 weeks for international orders to reach their destination.

We currently only have shipping routes available for AUS, US, NZ and CAN.

We are committed to providing you with a product that meets the highest standards of quality and durability. To that end, we offer a six-month warranty for Fire Tent™.

During the warranty period, if your Fire Tent™ exhibits defects in materials or workmanship, we will replace it free of charge. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of Fire Tent™ and is non-transferable.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at sales@firetent.com.au. We will ask you to provide proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and photos if possible.

If your claim is approved, we will have a replacement Fire Tent™ sent to you free of charge.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
